Hey, I'm having the same problem when trying to delete backorder items. I've
just called JDE and they told me that this could be because I don't have the
ESU 4116422 applyied yet... Did you already apply this ESU??

Any retrofit wil be appreciated

OW 73.3.2 SP 10.1 / NT 4.0 / SQL 7.0

Hi List,

I am having a problem when I try to enter any kind of
transactions in the system (Sales order, purchase
order, journal entry, ...). It only happens when I am
using some workstations. We are in B7332 SP .

The error that displays is "Threaded business function
caused Heap Corruption F4311EndDoc[Invalid Overwrite
or Read]". (In case of the P.O.)


I would really appreciate some help.

Ask them what part of the ESU is going to fix the problem. Make them
pinpoint exactly what they have done to fix the problem and see what they
say. If they can not tell you what they did to fix the problem then chances
are it wont be fixed in the ESU but this way they don't have to address the
issue for a couple of more months.
