What version of OW are you using? What platform? If you include this
information in your signature it helps others determine if their experience
is relevant to your issues or not
What is the error you are getting? As part of our financials implementation
we used both the address book batch upload and the customer master batch
upload without any problems. If you are trying to create new records in the
F03012 you should use an 'A' in the transaction action field. Did you
create the customer records in the address book with a search type of 'C'
and then use the resulting address book #'s in the customer master Z-file?
Without more information I cannot think of anything else that might be
giving you problems.
