RE: submitted Jobs

Hello list,

All my users submit jobs to server by default. One of the user started
complaining today that whenever she tries to submit a job on the server she
has to Override the location and select the server otherwise for her the
default is Local.

Any clue what is possibly changed just for that user ??

Thanx

RE: submitted Jobs

See what job she is running and once you have that ube
name go into OCM. Select the environment the users is
trying to run this ube and then in the object name put
the ube name. See if there is a OCM override there
telling to run local instead on the enterprise server.

Re: submitted Jobs

Sounds like somehow the OCM maps changed for the user. It is possible that
everything for that user got mapped to run locally. Have you checked the
maps for that user?

Re: submitted Jobs

Also check the environment... Is she using CRP733 or PRD733 instead of
WCRP733 or WPRD733?

I thought I was the ulltimate authority to change OCM mapping but somebody
else went ahead and created the mapping to run UBEs locally and didn't tell
me.

RE: submitted Jobs

Or Which environment is this user logging into? If you have 'W'
environments setup and that is where this users is logging in it WILL
cause the job(s) to run on the server.
