Harry,
Have you object transferred copied versions of these UBEs?
Remember, you cannot use the standard JDE reports...you must create a
copy of the UBE and object transfer it....then do a Server Package and
build a package.

Yes we are using copied versions. It turns out that there were extra switchs set in the JDE.ini file on the enterprise server. When I modified the [BSFN BUILD] to match exactly what is in the SP manual, and then rebuilt the server package (Twice!!) it finally appears to be working. Thanks to all for the input.
