re running upgrade spec merge

Hi List,

Has anyone re-ran a spec merge in E810 upgrade ?

We had left an R55.. object behind as the merge flag was bizarrely set to ‘2
’ (don’t merge) and need to get this object migrated.

If we define a new plan that only has spec merge in (and ensure that the
mod/merge flags are correct this time) will the merge attempt to do
everything again ?

We really need to just get the definitive object list to be included – is
there a documented procedure for doing this ?

Hi There,

Don't worry about creating a whole new plan. You can just run a restart version of the R98700 and use data selection to select your object. This will allow you to rerun the merge as many times as you want, for any object.
