So even if it really hasn't changed and someone checked it in instead of erasing
the check out it flags it as changed. Doesn't do you much good then. We have a
lot flagged as changed and before I got here they had consultants doing as they
pleased. Very frustrating no documentation. Sorry, I'm just venting.
