Yes, this is a good thing about OneWorld, you can mix and match servers.
When defining the central objects for different paths on different
architectures you can move objects between these just like you would if they
were all in the same server.

AS400 ---> Oracle
Oracle ---> SQL
SQL ------> AS400 ....

The only provision I'd apply is that in this mixed environment you let
OneWorld do the work. You can't take many of the shortcuts that make the
process quicker.
