Karen R,
Yes - for all W environments you must map things to process
somewhere other than Local.

Re[2]: OCM Mappings for BSFN for Terminal Server Environment

I have to disagree with you. We have a Citrix farm of 14 servers.
We do not use the "W" environments, we use the basic PRD733, which
is the same for all fat clients. BSFN are running locally. We do
not experience any problems with our setup.

We run the same config. with BSFN's running local on WTS. I've been told
that we can map to an Application server to tune performance but hear it's
tricky getting all related BSFN's identified. Is there a document with
specific BSFN's by application, or better yet, the problem ones that should
be mapped? We began with a large set of them mapped to an Application
server but ran into some problems in Sales order entry and inactivated the
OCM to correct the problems.
