We have had a similar problem and have traced it back to a timeout setting
in the jde.ini file on the Terminal Server - you may find that the reports
in question are above average in size, so increasing this timeout setting
should fix the problem.

This is a known issue - relating to the OCM mappings for the W Environments
- I think it has been raised before, the basic problem is that one of the
required BSFN for Work With Server Jobs is not mapped locally as required:

Look under System B7333 OCM - WPD7333 environment, for production. This
assumes you are configured out of the box!

You should have the following BSFN mapped to LOCAL in the OCM:

B9861000
B9861002
B9861100
B9861101
B9861102
B9861110
B9861113
B9861114
B9861115
B9861116


- you will find one is missing, normally B9861101, add it to the OCM and
all should be fine and dandy.
