Bert,
There are no automated method I know, however you can create a query
between menu files to do the trick.
I did it in our company as a request of our auditors and worked fine.

RE: Need to do a search of users to see who could possibly access a program.

Bert,

To the best of my knowledge there is no automated way to do this. Answer the
following questions and you should be able to determine how to produce your
list.

1. You say you do not have action code security on P09101. Do you have any
action code security?
1.a If you answered yes to question 1. Do you have group level security setup
and/or user level security?
1.b If you answered yes to question 1. Do you have a User: *PUBLIC, Program:
*ALL, Add : N, Change : N, Delete : N entry?
2. On your JDE User Information screen are you using any of the menu masks?
2.a If you answered yes to 2. Please explain which one you have setup.
2.b Do you have users with menu travel set to Yes?
2.c Do you have users with Allow Fast Path set to Yes?
2.d Do you have users with Command Entry set to Yes?
3. Do you have menu masks setup on menus?

One thing you might want to mention to the auditors is that the real key is not
who can enter a journal entry, it's who can approve and post it.

Re: Need to do a search of users to see who could possibly access a program.

Without any type of user/user group security, or which includes menu travel,
fast path, or use of custom menus, everyone has access. So if you are
encountering problems with unauthorized Journal Entries there is a program to
assist you in identifying the users.

Have you used the Selection History Log found on MENU G901? It''s a quick way
that allows you on-line and reporting capabilities to see who has accessed
certain programs. You have the capability to select by user or program, date
and time range also. I recommend using the report which has more selection
capabilities. You could eliminate the users who should be using the program
(NE in the data selection) and narrow your search.

Bert,

Query F0082H where MHJTOE='J09101' will give you what you are looking for.
