the solution to your problem is just one phone call to Denver away.
The machine keys are stored in the jdeclnt.xdc, jdeclnt.ddc files in the \b732\client directory on your deployment server. They might be hidden files, but you will find them. Whenever you install a WS it gets registerd in these files. They are not used when you log on to OW. At log-on OW uses files stored in c:\jde*.* on the WS.
So, you should just rename the above machine key files and call Denver for a new Security Key (SPC). The machine key files get restored with no machines in them. When you re-install your WSs or send packages to them the machines keys get re-registered one by one.
You will NOT have to touch you already installed WSs for that.
I did it before on B732, B7331, B7332, Xe, always worked.
