Use IBM's Client Access Operations Navigator........ I am sure one of our
clients had the similar problems sometimes back and one of our Techs solved
his problems.

How is the printer/outq defined, just as an IP OUTQ. Usually for XEROX
printers you have to choose just a definition of *HPIII or *HP4 which
doesn't have the extra functionality of multiple drawers. One thing to add
is under Destination options . . . . . . . . . : XAIX XAUTOQ allows
multiple copies and rotation.

But you may need to change to using a workstation customization object
instead of using the *HP4 definition. Work with IBM on this.
