Likely found in F98301 but I'm not sure what you mean by "controlled by a
user". Other files you might need are some of the F83* files, that are the
actual FASTR spec files and such.

Yes, you may run a query over F98301 (DW header file), select the following
fields:
job to execute = 'J83500' or 'J83410' , option number =1 and type =O.

format your report with the following fields:
User id, user exclusive, program id and version.

Sort by user id.
