Bill,

Through workflow, a message should have been sent to the credit/collection manager. Does the effected customer have an assigned manager? The message should be in the workcenter for that manager.

Check your manager's address book to ensure it is set to receive messages.

the notification is not working in work flow.

It looks like there could be an error in the process. We are on B73.3.2
It never allows the change to the credit limit, or approve the amount. This
disables the credit manager from doing their jobs.
