I recommend just running any of several reports such as pick slip, delivery
note, even invoice print. Then decide which one would be the easiest to
modify to what you want. All of these bump the status of the sales order.
If you have JDE's Transportation module, then check out the delivery
documentation in that module. There's a more sophisticated bill of lading
in that module than in the sales module.
