I couldnt agree more.

A general rule of thumb..PLEASE stay well away from the G/L Program as far
as any tinkering with the code is concerned.

We wrote an in-house to update the explanation after the post process.
This is risky. Test the program 100 times.
Every month have a schedule to look at these processes whether they are
working ok.
