Hi folks,
We are working in E812. We are using the EDI Inbound Invoice process successfully until we try to enter Invoices that match to a header where the retainage is set.
We can enter the exact same data into the F47041,42,44 twice - once normally, once with retainage set and the retainage records get error #2627 "Open Amount Greater Than Gross Amount."
Has anyone come across this problem before?
Is anyone successfully using R470412 with retainage set?
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try?
I have searched the forum and only found one similar post - with no solution.
