R42800 w/ Blank Columns

After applying the two prerequisite ESU's (4605023 & 4605031) my R42800
Sales update report now has "some" columns that are blank. This is true on
any package built after the ESU's. All packages built prior to the ESU's
are fine.

Any Ideas?

You need to go into the report options and select the data you want to appear in the columns.
