R42565 - Address Layout

Does anybody know what the report R42565 uses as a layout for the customer address printing? We have recently modified our JD Edwards setup environment and are having problems getting our address to print properly on the invoice. We are missing the customer "alpha name (ALPH)" on the report and only getting the "Attention:" line (plus other address lines).

Has anybody had this problem or knows how it can be fixed?? TIA

I assume that it is the 'XE' version of R42565 which is giving you problems?

If so you are probably encountering what we did. In XE JDE changed how they are getting and formatting addresses in R42565. Unfortunately they screwed up. If you search the Knowledge Garden for "R42565" and "Address" you'll note that there are several SARs on this issue and even a very recent ESU. That may resolve your issue.

We had customizations anyway to this Object so we overlaid the addresses using ER code from the B733.1 version of the program - works well. (Note - we are not using specific individuals names in our invoice addresses).
