the batch report seems to releasing a backorder but checking the the sales order it stills the same backorder quantity.the P.Os are fine and the P42117 is releasing the backorders. any suggestions why is this happening?
 
I've had the case with kit components, the P42117 has a processing option in "display" to display kit components, while R42118 has none.
Then if you try to release a kit component with R42118 it wont work, because of that non existent option.
