E9.2 R30822A / Leadtime Rollup Performance Help

Runtimes on R30822A keep getting longer and longer ... now pushing 3 hours (runs every week night).
Anyone have suggestions / solution for reducing runtime significantly?

Do you run the R30601 reset your LLC before R30822A?

So no ... R30601 runs later in the night after R30822A - thanks for pointing that out.
Leadtime Rollup might be a tad more accurate by changing that I doubt it will run any faster.
