We currently experiencing an issue where by the R04575 ( Auto Payment – driver) goes into a loop and never completes and has to be manually terminated. This started happening after we applied ESU PG7483, this week,
Odd thing is it works at time for some users and then on the same day same user it goes into a loop. Originally thought it to be a security issue.
The UBE works when run locally. Things already tried
- Push UBE specs to AS400
- Rebuilt and deployed package to AS/400
- JDE logs don’t tell us much
Has anybody had this issue happen to then, if so, please let me know as to what your resolution was

JDE Config is as follows
E1 810 TR 8.96.c1
Ent Server= AS400 V5R4
Deploy = Windows
Client = Citrix and Websphere
