R03B525- Late payment calculation

Hi,
In JDE a report R03B525 wil calculate late payments, for that late payments is the interest rate
table driven or hardcoded. If interest rate is table driven from which table the value is taken?

The interest rate is soft-coded from the detailed A/R delinquency policy table: F03B2??? It should be in the A/R manual. JD Edwards rarely has anything hard-coded.
