Have you seen P42090? It=92s a set up of all Hold Code.

There's one more setup step. Look on the Sales Order Setup menu for a Hold
Code setup program.

Hi,

Can someone give me an idea as to why Sales Orders for a specific customer
would not go on hold if i have activated on the Address Book revisions, AR,
Billing Information, Billing Page2,Hold Order Code a hold code called XX
Admin Hold. Surely once this field is activated all sales orders entered for
that specific customer should go on Admin hold. What am i missing?

Hi,

Did you check the Hold Codes Processing option in the P4210( Sales Order entry) application. Here you need to specify the check and the coressponding Hold code which you need to appy. Then only the Sytem will apply the Hold Code fopr that Customer.
