Queues get struck

Hi,

We have a mulithreaded batch queue, when we submit the
jobs [UBE], some UBE's doesn't allow other UBE's to
process while that UBE is in processing status. Once
it finishes other jobs runs immidiately. This never
happened in our previous version. We upgraded from
B732 to B7332 SP11.3 with SQL 7.0 NT platform.
If any came accross this problem, let me know how you
fixed it or give me any suggestions.

I had the same problem earlier this week, apparently SAR #3696736
fixes it.
