E9.2 Query / Watchlist Publishing

I have created a query and selected it to be published. I also created a related watchlist and selected it for publishing as well. However, they stay in a "pending" status and never get published.

I went into P98220U to approve them, but that doesn't seem to work. Could someone share the process needed in order to publish queries and watchlists?

From P98220U, select your UDO, got to advanced and set the Security, add the roles or UserIDs and mark as approved to use.

Follow-up question. Were watchlists available in E1 9.1?
