Prorated flat amount DBA

We have a flat amount benefit DBA set up to calculate $ 43 per pay period and this works fine
The basis of calculation includes regular and overtime pay

The issue we are having is that when we reclassified some of the overtime hours to another BU (on a later pay period), the flat amount is also reclassifying an amount which is not the full $43.

We are trying to figure out how this partial amount is calculated.

Check your Burden Distribution payroll AAIs, and look at the Hierarchy Method. Method 1, 2, and 5 will post to the employee's home BU; method 3, 4, and 6 will post to the BU on the timecard. If the OT is posted to another BU and your method is 3, 4 or 6, the associated benefits will also post to the other BU.

thanks Sarah. we figured out the flat amount is being prorated by the total gross pay of the reclassified entries to the total gross pay for the pay period
