We are on E1 9.0, tools 8.98.42.
We have a support laptop that has a corrupt E1local database. We've decided to uninstall the fat client and the database and then reinstall to try to fix the problem.
However as we begin we have an issue. From Programs/Features we choose to Uninstall the JDE E1 Client Workstation. It ran for a bit then prompted to insert disk 1 to continue setup????. What disk, we are trying to uninstall not install anything. I cancelled since I had not other option.
Now when I try again to uninstall JDE E1 Client Workstation, it prompts me with a blank popup window and I can't get past it, I seem to be stuck.
Any thoughts now how to proceed with this uninstall?
