Greetings -
We've have a problem with opening action messages within the employee queues since we had a citrix server migration.
We can open the message okay and the text displays.
But for the 'action' part of the message, the hyperlink button we simply get a default icon from citrix and not hyperlink capability so it's non-readable per our citrix
server folks.
Maybe the messages were stored with the pointer back to the old citrix server name and now fails? Believe it stores
the app reference in the blob file so seems non-editable to correct.
Maybe there is a way to refresh such files?
