Hello, List!
I make installation OneWorld Xe on customer site.
Configuration is:
Deployment: Win2000 server+SP2
Enterprise: Win2000 server+SP2, MS SQL2000+SP2
I install planner ESU jd14838 then SP20 after finish Installation plan.
Then I install Update2 and have the problem: when I select all necessary environments (PY,DV, TS) and press next then Software Update application copies tables from XU2.mdb to planner, makes TAM to TAM merge, creates empty project and adds objects to project. Then error appears: OW can't add objects to OMW. I restore from backup.
Then I install lastest planner ESU jd17626. I try install XU2 again and have the same problem: OW can't add objects to OMW project. I start application software application again and apply XU2.
Then I install some ESUs and have problems in jde.log:

196/988 Thu Mar 06 12:51:19 2003 ODBC_P1.C1574
ODB0000179 - Multi-row SQLExtendedFetch failed in Table(1st) F988810
Database System - B7333
1196/988 Thu Mar 06 12:51:19 2003 ODBC_P1.C1579
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Function sequence error - SQLSTATE: S1010

I think OneWorld can't insert many rows into table at the one time. May be problem is in ODBC connections? When OW can't add objects to project then it can't insert into OneWorld Planner - B7333 (F98222 in jdeplan.mdb). When OW can't insert into F988810 it can't insert into System - B7333 (SQL server).
What you think about that? Have any idea?

Anton,
Check sql to see if the database is set to expand automatically.
Good luck,
dave

a) Check that you're on the MDAC level required by JDE.
b) Check that you've done Update2 preinstall activities, such as
correct P98MOQUE entries.

I already set up unrestricted file size options for all OneWorld databases (but unfortunelly it doesn't help me).
Or another expand settings exists ?

Some things that helped us with problems with XU6 were:
Check size of jdeb7 and jdplan.
Consider using R98210B to purge F98210 and F98211 tables.
Use Access to repair and compact these databases.

At the first time when I already apply jd14838 and SP20 and begin install XU2 I recieve error in jde.log (OW can't add objects to OMW project in jdeplan.mdb):
1012/1312 Tue Mar 04 17:45:26 2003 jdb_utl1.c2476
JDB9900600 - Failed to store value, maximum exceeded. Probable cause is forgetting to call jdeRemoveDataPtr()

Hi Anton,
Why do you install the Update 2?, I'll try to install the Update 6, it works fine, and problably to install the SP20 with U2....maybe it cause these problems.
The user JDE has the right permisions in OMW, the role user, etc???
Regards,

I check size of planner database files:
jdeplan.mdb 147 Mb.
jdb7.mdb 489 Mb.
I can try repair these databases.
But problem is: When I apply ESU (even with 1 object) OW can't insert into F988810 (System - B7333).
But that table exists in System - B7333 and containt correct data (I think they are correct ).
