Hi All,
When I use the Sales Order Detail Revision screen in P4210 and try to enter a new item, if I leave the default unit of measure, which in this case is LB, the extended weight will default to QTY*1. If I will override the UM to KG the extended weight will remain blank. I need it blank for LB also. I need it always blank unless a conversion factor is specified for the item in the Conversion Factor file (F41002).
I think this is dependent on some king of a setting. Any help will be greatly appreciated,
