\'Prepaid\' Inventory

We have been live on JDE since June. We have a customer that wants to prepay for their 'customized' inventory. The inventory will be produced and placed in inventory. However the customer wants to prepay for the inventory and just place order for shipments (not billed on an order by order basis).
Is there anyone that is currently doing this? I would just like to be sure we have our procedures all in place before actually doing this.
