Planner Installation Error

We are on E1 version 9.0, upgrading to TR 9.1.0.1, using SSE on our Deployment Server. In applying the Planner ESU JL18560, we get an error while trying to install the specs. Below is the contents of the jdeinst.log. Any ideas on why this won't work. By the way, I was able to apply another (non-Planner) ESU, and it worked okay.

Hi Don,
It appears you are using Windows Vista. Only Windows 7 is supported with the tools release 9.1 that you mentioned.

We are seeing the below issue in the jdeinst.log when trying to take a update package with Windows XP, which is not supported with 8.98.4.7:
CInstaller::UpdateSpec: System exception when loading library 'c:\e900\system\bin32\JDESetupSpecUpdate.dll'. The error message was 'The operating system cannot run)

You might try it with Windows 7.

The differences you are seeing may be because the planner ESU's don't merge in the same way that non-planner ESU's or typical package do.

Did you ever figure this out? I'm getting the same error with an Xe client that just upgraded to SP24.2 with Windows7
