Pick Slips

I have an issue where pick slips are not running all of a sudden in PROD when it was working (so I'm told) this morning. When I run the R42520 it processes forever and appears to be caught in a loop. When I ran it in CRP it still works. I transferred the object from CRP to PROD and test a pick slip and it worked the first time and that was it. Tried transferring the object again but, it didn't work at all. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I'd appreciate any help.
