PDBA Setup - Mid Pay Cycle Rate Change

We have an issue where if there is a mid pay period rate change, the system does not calculate correctly. This is an issue for some PDBA's but not all. The Rate control is set to '3' for the union plan DBA but not the basic DBA setup, its set to '1'. The other odd thing that occurs is that it usually only happens on the first pay cycle, next week most if not all will calculate correctly. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Did you tested by changing the rate control from 3 to any other option.

Also check your Pay Period of the month YYYYYY.

The pay period is correct and in the past we had the rate control set to 1 but Oracle instructed us to set it to 3. In most cases it works but a few fail the first payroll.
