E9.0 Parent Child basics

Hi folks

I've been developing in E1 for almost 20 years and I don't think I've ever developed from scratch a Parent Child Form.
I want to clone the P02503 Work Centre and make it more filter friendly

What are the main pitfalls I need to look out for?
Any special events or system functions I need to get a grasp on before I start?

Have been very long ago i worked on it but there are some Financial screens that you can use which have similar concepts. Your table/data need to normalized to handle them properly with joins.
