P4310, ER Validation error after ESU 4605023

Happy New Year!

B7332 SP11, ESU 4116422, Intel NT4, SQL 7 SP1

Our tech guys installed ESU# 4605023 (without merge).
When I open the updated P4310 with FDA and call ER Validation then I receive the error message that you can see on the end of this post.
I have found SAR#4313485 with a Paper Fix, so I can correct this BSFN call where the the passed parameters and directions totally disappeared.
I am affraid very much that our ESU install wasn't totally succesful and this type of problem can occur in more APPL and I won't know about them because I won't open all APPL with FDA and validate ER.
Please, if you installed the mentioned ESU too then try to open P4310 and Validate ER and let me know your notices.
Any other help with this isssue/ESU will be appreciated.
