P42230 Online Invoice inquiry

First let me add my 2 cents by adding 'What the heck did JDE do to the
Knowledge Garden?' When doing a search why would I want to see the results
in French, Italian, Spanish, etc? My search results returned 85
possibilities, more than 60 of them were not in English.

Now to my real issue with P42230. Does anyone else have problems with
Online Invoice P42230? After entering the invoice # and doc type the
program runs and runs and runs. I am looking at it right now and so far it
has had 1,228,177 IO's on F0001 which is the Cost Center Security File. By
the time I got around to writing this email the IO count had gotten up over
46,000,000 and nothing is displayed. Does anyone have any ideas what it's
problems is? I did try searching the KG but only got garbage.

Yes we have had the same problem here and we have made some mods to the
program to allow it to work by either entering an invoice number or order
number. I can share with you what the mods are that we made to get this to
work. I believe the problem occurs when you have the same invoice number
at to two different company's.

I guess I was just a little too impatient, I found the answer to my own
question. Sar 3414840 will fix the problem.
By the way, I also did figure out how to use the new KG format.
