Hello,
we have recently upgraded from 8.12 to 9.1. Since this upgrade, we have noticed that some order/lines will show the order quantity as backordered even when the lot is committed manually and there is plenty of inventory for the lot. We have checked everything we know to check and sent many attachments to Oracle. While we wait for a response from Oracle I figured I would "ask the experts" to see if anyone has seen this before. I did not find anything searching the web or searching this forum. Many thanks to anyone that can shed some light on this!!!
