P42101- Transactio Commit Error

I have a Sales order created for a Kit item. When I go into the detail using p42101 inquiry screen, and then go to "Edit Full Header" . make some changes in the header and come back to the detail screen. From here I cancel the Kit Line and press "Submit and Close" and return to the inquiry screen. After that if I click find it says "Transaction Commit Error".
The JDEDebug log says duplicate entry found in F42199 and while debugging the F4211 End Doc I found that it is trying to insert the component lines twice in the cache.

Can anyone please help me on this.

EOne Version: 9.0 Tools Release :8.98.43

Enterprise Server : AS400 and DB2( version am not sure)

Hello Remo,

Thanks for your reply. The problem is almost similar the only difference is that I am trying to cancel the kit line.
