E9.2 P.O. Approval Critical Fields

How do you assign/maintain/revise these? I've seen references to the F43080, but my F43080 is empty. I've tried running the P43080, but that doesn't seem be any more than a viewing application. I thought that there should be some 'critical' fields defined by default.

I found my answer. It looks like you need to have a record in this table one way or another to be able to edit it. We copied the Pristine record, and now I can modify the critical fields. Not sure why it wasn't there to begin with....
