OW equivalents to WORLD "30", "40"

OW equivalents to WORLD \"30\", \"40\"

Are there OW equivalents to WORLD Hidden Selections.

Specifically, "30", which let you change your library list
(environment).

Also, "40", which let you see a file layout (as opposed
to viewing UTB, or going into design).

Any others would be appreciated as well.
