E8.12 Override Job Queue

I need to override batch queue of a UBE version. But when I go to the visual assist, I see the HOST as LOCAL. So it does not list the newly created queue.
(I have done the override to another version during 2016, but forgot the steps :-( )

Try removing or disabling your OCM record for LOCAL UBEs. Then logout and log back in.
