Open Flat file dont create on I-Series

Hello,

When i try to write a file to I-series IFS directory, it works from OBJECTBROWSER. but same bsfn dont write file in the directory when run through UBE. Just wonder what am i missing. UBE logs says OpenFlatFile is success and returns pointer.

Are you using the correct file naming convention on the iSeries? /dir1/file1.txt, for example.

Thanks Hari. Yes we were. we nailed the issue. UBE is deleting the created file at the end as per the process. I was thinking it never created.
