OneWorld Xe Standalone

I just installed OneWorld Xe Standalone on my machine so that I can have a
look around the new features. When I attempt to attach a media object to an
Address Book entry it comes up with:

"Failed to create Root storage in the given queue"

Now the only things that I've done that could be construed as "different"
are:

* It's Windows 2000
* I've installed to G:\b7 rather than C:\b7

There doesn't appear to be anything in the INI file that could cause it. And
the Media Object Queues appear to be set up correctly, e.g. OLEQUE maps to
\B7\MEDIAOBJ\OLEQUE.

Any ideas?

Did you modify the Media Object Queues in the GH9011 Menu?

Alan,

Installing it on a different drive won't make any difference, we use the D
partition as standard.

Not sure about win 2000, could it be a permissions problem?

cheers

Thanks for that. There was me thinking that "\\" in the Media Object path
would behave like a normal indirection operator, i.e. "go to the root of the
directory where OneWorld is running". I've entered the full path & it's
fine.

Cheers...
