OneWorld Xe Report issue

Hello,

Recently the JDE OneWorld Xe database server migrated from SQL2000 to SQL2005 since then one of the JDE custom report not functioning as like before migration.

The description of the report:

A report prints out information of each product at any given branch Plant defined in Processing Option as follows: on order quantity, in transit quantity, on hand quantity, tons past due, scheduled amounts for the next ten days, and safety stock

Issue:

The output of the report is not consistent.
One time it will show only one item information in the given branch plant.

The next time it will show all the items information for the same given branch plant.

Expected Result:

The report has to print all the item information for the given branch plant.

Tables Used:

F4102, F41021, F4211, F4311& F4801

Any of your valuable feedback highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks,
Mehul

Re: OneWorld Xe Report issue

have you tried regenerating the indexes on these tables using the JDE devlopment toolset? Also, I would clear any old SQL packages on the enterprise server.

Re: OneWorld Xe Report issue

First let's start with basics:
Is it vanilla / custom?
Did you read its logs?
Are the inconsistencies related to the server-run, or does it happen on your fat client, too?
Did you take it in RDA, and validate the ER?
Did you deploy it again?
