We are running JDE OneWorld 7.33SP22, and the Client is Hosted on Virtual and Physical Metaframe XP Ver 3.0 and on Presentation Server 4.5 SP1. The Citrix Servers are Winwdows 2003 Std and Enterprise. We are receiving, periodically, the following errors.
OneWorld 051303:0205_OneWorld_Xe_Xe_SP22_GA encounterd a problem and needed to close.
Within seconds, the Application Event Viewer shows an Application error. The error states:
Faulting application oexplore.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0.x00000000
or
Faulting application oexplore.exe, version 1.0.0.1, faulting module jdeuser.dll, version 1.0.0.1, fault address 0.x00063325.
This will typically kick a user off of the Citrix Session and of course cause issues.
Anybody know of any fixes for this?
