OMW object creation

I wonder if somebody can please help me. We have the following problem with OMW. We can not create any new objects in OMW. We can not even move objects into projects. The project sstatus is set to 21 the user role has been set to everything available.

The platform is AS/400. In the log file I get the following error message.

I have checked the OW SP levels and they are the same. The starnge thing is that it updates the F9860 table but it does not want to update the F9861 table. If anybody has any suggestions please let me know

One little question:
Does your JDE user have a VALID Address Book number (that is, did you add the JDE with the A/B Revisions?).
Next thing is to go into the JDE User Profile and assign THE previously (manually or NextNumber) generated A/B Number, and click the OK.
That did it for us.

PS HINT: You may want to have the same A/B Number for JDE in ALL your environments (including Pristine - JD7333)
