Not able cancel PO detail line in P4311 applicatiion

Hi All,

We are facing issue with p4311 and we are not able cancel a PO detail line for a One purchase order. it is giving below error

1308-Next status not cancellable/Changeble

now PO Last sts:400 and Next sts:400

Please help on this..

Check the processing option "Enter the next status at which detail lines cannot be changed." - if this is set to 400 or less you can not change the po line.

Hi Kenobi, Yes user is using customized menu and we have changed Processing options. it has been resolved. thanks for your support
