One of my client have a strange trouble for wich i can't find any solution
:
When using the P4210, we noticd than some orders were hold even if the level
of credit for the customer, which take this order, is not reach but, others
orders for the same customer adding to the database the same day by the same
operator on the the same client was not hold. More than that, trying to
debug this problem, i noticed that at least one customer have non holed
orders but such orders have amount which'is over the credit limit for this
client.
The debug log show no error message and this error seems to be unpredictable
even it seems to have something to do with the new MBF customer master.
So, if somebody could help us.

Hi Serge,

Are you always using the same version of P4210 ?
If not, then check the processing options, Credit check and Hold codes are
specified at this level...

Hope this helps

Regards

Philippe
